Responsible for managing the Scoppechio brand—I developed holistic communication and positioned the agency with existing clients, new business opportunities, current and potential employees, as well as the advertising community. I also worked to support our clients through holistic specialty service offerings, including consumer packaging, retail point-of-purchase and sales collateral.
Additionally, my experience with higher education allowed me to lead the agency’s Learning Academy initiative—a program developed to improve employee understanding of the agency’s business and foster a more collaborative community within the organization.
My role leveraged relationships across agency functions to facilitate strategic development and project execution—emphasizing both short and long term goals for the agency, while challenging the status quo, building consensus and leaning forward.
