Cross-Functional Collaboration

Objectives were to generate ideas and directional themes for category promotional campaigns. Visual and verbal cues, as well as potential communication touchpoints were developed against multiple themes. An additional objective was to generate awareness for the quality and freshness of Kroger Meat. The overall project goal was to increase the purchase of Kroger Meat with promotional campaigns that connect with shoppers in store, communicate to customers outside of the stores and excite the Kroger Divisions to participate.

A cross-functional team was leveraged to provide creative vision, grounded in actionable solutions. A background in academics provided for specific learning outcomes—detailed at the start for project success.
