Building a Foundation of Both Independence and Collaboration

BFA, Graphic Design

I studied design and communication at Bowling Green State University where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with an emphasis on visual communication. I am a strong supporter of the graphic design program at BGSU, through guest lectures, portfolio reviews, helping to coordinate tours of professional organizations and networking with students.

The Division of Graphic Design in the School of Art at Bowling Green State University is a dynamic, progressive and responsive graphic design program that encourages independent and collaborative thinking, creative problem solving/analytics and design, creative writing, design for the public good, exploration of alternative visual communication methods, and a solid understanding of modern professional practices. The curriculum reflects the dynamic social and professional changes of contemporary design and responds to them in a pro-active manner through a continually evolving curriculum.

The program is recognized as on of the top design schools in the country
